AMEC Sign-Up Options
Ready to explore your creative side and engage with diverse cultures? Follow these steps to sign up for our programs and events:
1. Browse Programs: Check out our “What We Do” and the “Events” page to find the camp or event that interests you. We offer a range of activities from art workshops to cultural exchange programs.
2. Create an Account: Click on the “Sign Up” button and create an account. This will allow you to track your registrations and receive updates about the programs.
3. Register: Select your desired program or event and fill out the registration form. Be sure to provide all required information and any preferences or special needs you might have.
4. Payment: Follow the prompts to complete your registration fee payment. We offer various payment options to make it convenient for you.
5. Confirmation: Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the program and any additional steps.

Your company’s support can make a huge difference! Here’s how to get involved as a corporate sponsor:
1. Review Sponsorship Opportunities: Check out our Sponsorship Opportunities page to find a package that aligns with your company’s goals and values.
2. Contact Us: Email our Corporate Relations Manager at info@amecprograms.org to discuss your interest and learn more about the benefits of sponsorship.
3. Choose Your Package: Based on your discussion, select a sponsorship package and complete the sponsorship agreement form.
4. Payment & Promotion: Once the agreement is finalized, we’ll send you an invoice. After payment, your company will be featured in our promotional materials and event communications.

Interested in bringing the AMEC Program experience to your students? Here’s how to get started:
1. Explore Programs: Visit our Programs for Schools page to see the educational opportunities available.
2. Contact Us: Reach out to our School Programs Coordinator, Teidra Lewis, at teidra@amecprograms.org to discuss your school’s needs and schedule.
3. Complete Registration Form: Once you’ve discussed your options, you’ll receive a registration form tailored to school groups. Fill it out with your school’s details and the number of students participating.
4. Payment & Confirmation: After submitting the form, you’ll receive an invoice for payment. Upon receipt of payment, we’ll confirm your booking and provide further details.

1. Explore Camp Opportunities: Visit our “WHAT WE DO” page to discover how your expertise and resources can contribute to our camps and events.
2. Reach Out: Contact our Industry Support Liaison, Tyra Jones, at tyraj@amecprograms.org to discuss how your company can get involved.
3. Submit a Proposal: Depending on your area of info (e.g., mentorship, resources, workshops), you may be asked to submit a proposal outlining your contribution.
4. Formalize Agreement: Once your proposal is reviewed, you’ll receive an agreement form. Complete and return it to confirm your info.
5. Engagement: We’ll work with you to integrate your info into our programs and ensure a rewarding partnership.
